通过试验对钙剂膨润土和钠基膨润土进行比选,选择泥浆质量分数为10%,膨化时间为24 h的钠基膨润土作为渣土改良剂。以广州地铁21号线为例,针对砂-黏混合地层的特点,通过含砂率梯度及含水率梯度的土样集,得到多种工况下的改良剂最优掺入比,进一步总结了钠基膨润土泥浆掺入比随地层含砂率及含水率变化的掺入规律,并拟合得到了三者的函数关系。
Abstracts:
Calcium bentonite and sodium bentonite are compared and selected through tests. The slurry mass fraction is chosen to be 10%, and the sodium bentonite of 24 h expansion time is chosen as residue modifier. Taking Guangzhou Metro Line 21 as an example, targeting the sand-clay mixed formation stratum characteristics, through the soil sample set of sand content gradient and water content gradient, the optimal proportion of residue modifier under various working conditions is obtained. The mixing law of sodium bentonite slurry ratio with the change of sand content and water content in the formation is further summarized, and the function is fit to obtain functional relationship of the three.
