摘要:
针对盾构法施工隧道加固所用复合腔体接头处易脱开并引起复合腔体剥离破坏的问题,设计新型复合腔体接头进行抗弯试验,研究其在不同工况下的破坏过程、极限承载力及刚度,并与复合腔体本体的抗弯性能进行对比。研究发现:新型复合腔体接头构件进入塑性阶段的标志为复合腔体与接头盖板的侧边胶水失效;负弯矩工况下的接头构件抗弯性能较弱,复合腔体接头应避免布置于隧道的负弯矩区;复合腔体接头构件的抗弯承载力与刚度均弱于本体,接头构件宜布置于隧道结构反弯点处。经隧道整环试验验证,新型复合腔体接头处无脱开现象。
Abstracts:
Targeting the problem of joint prone to break off, leading to stripping damage of FWPs (filament wound profile)joints, flexural behavior experiment is carried out on a newly designed FWP joint. The damage process under different working conditions, maximum bearing capacity and stiffness are studied, and are compared with the flexural behavior of FWP itself. Research discovers that the sign of new FWP joint enter-ing plastic stage is the side bond failure between FWPs and steel plate. Under negative bending moment condition, the joint flexural behavior performance is weak, hence the FWP joint should not be arranged in the negative bending moment area of the tunnel. The flexural capacity and stiffness of joints alone are weaker than that of FWPs, so joints should be placed at the reverse bending point of the tunnel structure. The new joint is successfully applied and no break-off cases detected in tunnel lining ring test.
