有轨电车线路钢轨包覆材料在合建结构条件下的减振降噪效果分析

建立有轨电车-钢轨及包覆材料-轨道-沿线结构模型,分析钢轨柔性包裹材料条件下,有轨电车线路及其沿线结构的振动噪声特征。研究发现,地下小半径线路条件下,安装柔性包裹材料后,钢轨垂向振动加速度级约降低7.4 dB,合建结构的垂向振动加速度级减小约0.9~2.0 dB,主要减小频段为15.0~40.0 Hz;曲线内外侧噪声峰值降低约3.5~9.2 dB(A),合建结构的噪声峰值降低幅度不超过1.0 dB(A)。地面小半径线路条件下,安装柔性包裹材料的钢轨垂向振动加速度级约降低7.6 dB,传播至沿线整体结构的垂向振动加速度级约减小1.5~3.8 dB,主要减小频段为14.0~18.0 Hz;沿线噪声峰值降低约2.0~5.8 dB(A)。
Abstracts:
Models of tram-rail with coating material-track-integrated structures along the line are established. The vibration and noise characteristics of tram lines and structures along the line under the situation considering flexible coating material of rail are analyzed. Research shows that for underground sharp radius line, after installation of flexible coating material, rail vertical acceleration level (VAL) will be reduced by about 7.4 dB. The VAL of integrated structure is reduced by about 0.9-2.0 dB, with the main reduction frequency band of 15.0-40.0 Hz. Moreover, it would reduce the peak value of noise inside and outside the curve by about 3.5-9.2 dB(A). The noise reduction in the integrated structure is less than 1.0 dB(A). Under the condition of ground line with sharp radius curve, the installation of flexible coating material on the rail reduces the rail VAL by about 7.6 dB, and VAL of the overall structure along the tram is reduced by about 1.5-3.8 dB, and the main reduction frequency band by 14.0-18.0 Hz. The noise peak along the tram line is reduced by about 2.0-5.8 dB(A).
