摘要:
采用资料调研与试验分析相结合的研究方法,从计权标准、评价指标设定、分析频率范围、列车头车和尾车通过时间判断、测量点位置等方面,对我国现行城市轨道交通振动环境影响评价标准中若干问题进行分析。结果表明:为更加客观、全面地评价城市轨道交通振动对沿线居民生活工作的影响,宜同时设置单值评价指标和分频评价指标;列车头车和尾车通过时间判断是影响振动环境影响评价结果的一个主观因素,为有效消除其影响,建议单值评价指标设为列车通过时段铅垂向Z振级的最大值Lvz,max,分频评价指标设为1/3倍频程分频振级的最大值Lva,max,f并采用峰值保持法计算。同时就评价指标计算中的计权标准和分析频率范围、测量点布设位置给出了建议。
Abstracts:
y adopting research method of combining material investigation and test analysis, from aspects including weight standard, setting of evaluation index, frequency range analysis, judgement of train head and tail passing time and location of measuring points, a number of problems in current evaluation standards for urban rail transit vibration environmental impact are analyzed. Results show that, it is necessary to set up both single value index and frequency division index for more objective and comprehensive evaluation of urban rail transit vibration impact on residents′ life along the line. Since the judgement of train head and tail passing time is a subjective factor affecting the result of vibration environmental impact evaluation, to effectively eliminate this impact, it is suggested to set single value index to be plumb vibration acceleration grade maximum value Lvz,max, and frequency division index to be train passing period 1/3 octave frequency division vibration level maximum value Lva,max,f, which is calculated by peak hold method. Suggestions are given on weight standard, analysis frequency range and location of measuring points in terms of evaluation index calculation.
