摘要:
针对国产某型高速动车组牵引变流器功率模块故障频发的现象,对故障原因进行分析,并提出针对性的解决办法。经分析发现,非重叠时间过短和IGBT(绝缘栅双极型晶体管)元件门极突然启动都会使主电路发生短路,导致功率模块发生故障。相关试验结果表明:更改功率模块控制逻辑的非重叠时间能达到优化门极启动顺序的目的,有效解决功率模块故障频发的问题;控制元部件质量,通过更换故障元件,能有效解决IGBT元件门极突然启动的问题。
Abstracts:
Targeting the frequent fault of traction converter power module of a domestic type high-speed EMU, causes of the fault are analyzed, and specific solutions are put forward. Analysis reveals that both the too short non-overlapping time and the sudden initiation IGBT (insulate-gate bipolar transistor) gate can cause the short-circuit of the main power circuit, leading to power module fault. Relevant experimental results show that changing non-overlapping time of power module control logic can achieve the goal of optimizing gate initiation sequence, effectively solving the problem of power module frequent fault. By controlling component quality, replacing failure component, the IGBT gate sudden initiation problem can be effectively solved.
