新建的成都地铁19号线天府商务区站零距离安全下穿既有的地铁运营车站,采用矩形断面设计,以矿山法施工。基于施工重点及难点分析,对施工方案进行比对。经比较,分段法施工方案优势明显,更适用本工程。建立地层车站结构有限元模型,对开挖施工阶段和正常运营阶段的既有车站受力情况进行仿真计算。仿真计算结果表明,分段法施工能满足既有车站的结构变形、承载力及裂缝控制要求。简要介绍了对既有地铁运营车站的主要保护性施工控制措施,并采用先进的仪器和技术对既有运营车站变形进行监测。监测结果表明,既有运营车站变形控制效果良好,监测项目均未超出控制值,上部运营车站处于安全可控状态。
Abstracts:
The newly built Chengdu Metro Line 19 Tianfu Commercial District Station under-passes existing operating station at zero-distance safely, it adopts rectangular section design and mining method for construction. Based on analysis of construction key points and difficulties, construction schemes are compared, and the segmentation scheme has significant advantages, more adaptable to this project. By establishing stratum-station structure finite element model, the existing station force conditions during excavation construction phase and normal operation phase are simulated and calculated. Simulation calculation results show that segmentation construction can satisfy the control requirements of structure deformation, bearing force and cracks. The main protective construction control measures of the existing station are introduced briefly, and advanced equipment and technology are adopted to monitor the existing station deformation. Monitoring results show that existing operating station deformation is well controlled. Monitored items are all below the controlled value, and the overhead operating station is under safe and controllable state.
