摘要:
为研究空调冷凝水排放最佳方案,从冷凝水排放结构着手,提出了集中排放方案。通过增设冷凝水箱、电磁控制阀等措施将运行中的冷凝水自动存储,并将排水口调整至车辆底部中央位置。工程实践证明,相比于排水沟和排水坡两种形式,优化车辆冷凝水排水结构可以节省90%的工程成本,并在检修影响、维护保养和外形美观等方面均具有明显优势。
Abstracts:
In order to study the optimal air-conditioning condensate water discharge scheme, a centralized discharge scheme is put forward from the angle of condensate water discharge structure. By measures including adding condensate water tank, electromagnetic control valve and so on, the condensate water in operation can be automatically stored, and the drainage outlet can be adjusted to the central position at the bottom of the vehicle. Engineering practice has proved that, compared with drainage ditch and drainage slope, the optimization of vehicle condensate water drainage structure can save 90% of the engineering cost, while having obvious advantages in overhaul impact, maintenance and appearance.
