摘要:
为了满足城市轨道交通行业的高速发展和城市轨道交通企业数字化转型的迫切需求，弥补现有轨道交通企业效能指标体系在评价方面的不足，结合国内外城市轨道交通企业效能指标体系的建设现状及上海申通地铁集团有限公司运营的实际情况，明确了城市轨道交通企业效能的内涵和范围，构建了反映轨道交通企业效能的评估指标体系。研究了城市轨道交通企业效能指标的提升策略，并以大数据技术为手段实现典型场景应用，为城市轨道交通运营管理决策提供科学依据。
Abstracts:
To meet the urgent needs of rapid industry development and enterprise digital transformation of urban rail transit, and to make up for the insufficiency in evaluation aspect of the existing enterprise efficiency index system, considering the current construction status of the index systems at home and abroad and the actual operation of Shanghai Shentong Metro Group, the connotation and scope of urban rail transit enterprise efficiency is defined, and evaluation index system that can reflect rail transit enterprise efficiency is constructed. The improvement strategy of urban rail transit enterprise efficiency index is studied, and application in typical scenarios is realized by big data technology, providing scientific basis for the decision-making of urban rail transit operation managers.
