摘要:
为响应我国对城市轨道交通运营安全风险分级管控的要求，适应城市轨道交通FAO（全自动运行）系统的快速发展，结合FAO系统的特点，根据安全风险辨识、安全风险评价、安全风险分级管控的实施步骤，建立FAO系统安全风险分级管控体系，提升FAO系统的风险辨识、评价及管控能力，同时为隐患排查治理工作打好基础，保障城市轨道交通运营安全。
Abstracts:
In order to respond to China′s requirements for hierarchical management and control of urban rail transit operation safety risks, and to adapt to the rapid development of urban rail transit FAO (fully automatic operation) system, considering the characteristics of FAO system, according to the implementation steps of safety risk identification, evaluation, and hierarchical management and control, the FAO system safety risk hierarchical management and control system is established, and the risk identification, evaluation, and management and control capabilities of the FAO system are improved. At the same time, a good foundation for the investigation and treatment of hidden dangers will be laid, ensuring the operation safety of urban rail transit.
