城市轨道交通列车运行控制系统一旦发生故障将会影响行车效率。目前的检修管理模式,已经不再适用于行车效率的高效发展需求,为此需利用健康管理和故障预警来建立高效的智能运维系统。通过智能运维算法,对列车运行控制系统中的多元信息进行监测,将该系统的运行信息与早期细微的故障特征进行关联,实现对系统健康的判断及早期预警。结合检修计划,辅助制定科学的运维策略,以提高智能运维系统的可靠性,降低故障发生的概率和运营成本。
Abstracts:
Urban rail transit train operation control system failure affects train efficiency once occur. Current maintenance management mode is no longer meeting the developing operation requirements. Therefore, it is necessary to use health management and failure early warning to establish an intelligent operation and maintenance system of higher efficiency. The multiunit information of train operation control system is mon-itored using intelligent operation and maintenance algorithm, and the system operation information is correlated with the early stage subtle fault characteristics, realizing the judgment and early warning of the system health. Scientific operation and maintenance strategies are formulated based on maintenance plan, improving the intelligent operation and maintenance system reliability and reducing the probability of failure occurrence and operation cost.
