城市轨道交通FAO(全自动运行)线路在运营范围、运营策略、管理模式、运营组织及维修程序等方面与传统线路有所区别。基于FAO线路的运营范围和目标,提出了FAO线路分阶段开通的运营策略,以实现从DTO(有人值守的全自动运行)模式到UTO(无人值守的全自动运行)模式逐步过渡。对FAO线路的管理模式和生产模式进行了分析,建议FAO线路运营初期其管理模式宜与运维分离管理模式相配套,远期则采用运维一体化管理模式;建议FAO线路开通运营时其生产组织模式应从DTO模式逐步向UTO模式转换,以确保FAO线路运营的安全与效率。
Abstracts:
FAO (fully automatic operation) line is different from the conventional line in terms of operation scope, operation strategy, management mode, operation organization and maintenance procedures. Based on the FAO line operation scope and goal, the operation strategy of launching FAO line by stage is proposed, so that the DTO (driverless train operation) mode can be gradually transited to UTO (unattended train operation) mode. The management mode and production mode of FAO line are analyzed, and the management mode is suggested to match with operation/maintenance independent mode at the initial stage, and to adopt operation-maintenance integrated management mode in long-term. It is also suggested that when FAO line is launched, the production organization mode should gradually change from DTO mode to UTO mode to ensure FAO line operation safety and efficiency.
