摘要:
针对以人工为主的轨道交通传统工务模式所产生的诸多弊端,如病害漏检误检、维修不足、过度维修、难以长期跟踪病害发育、难以确定仓储物料的状态等,设计了一种工务智能运维体系。该体系基于可扩展的多层分级架构,可对轨道交通的各类结构病害及部件故障实现准确识别与数字化管理。结合先进的仓储管理与远程专家指导,智能化制定维修策略并更新相关数据,从而对轨道交通的多种场景实现智能化工务运维,并允许用户根据实际需求对该系统进行功能增减和调整,实现了工务运维成本的降低和管理模式的简化,为业主单位降本增效。
Abstracts:
The rail transit conventional track maintenance based on labor is challenged by various shortcomings, such as incorrect defect detection, under/over maintenance, difficult defect development tracking and evaluation, and difficult condition monitoring of materials in the warehouse, thus a track work intelligent operation and maintenance system is designed. The proposed system addresses these shortcomings by using an extensible multitier architecture design, realizing accurate identification and digitalized management of various structural defects and parts failure in rail transit. Combined with the advanced warehouse management and remote expert support, main-tenance strategies will be intelligently formulated, and relevant data will be updated. Thus multi-scenario intelligent operation and maintenance of rail transit track work is realized and system function-wise adjustment/update is available to users in terms of meeting various practical requirements, lowering track work cost and simplifying management mode, achieving both cost reduction and efficiency improvement for owner unit.
