直流牵引供电系统的走行轨兼作回流轨时,因钢轨对地不能完全绝缘,从而产生杂散电流。以钢轨绝缘为研究目标,通过详细分析国内外杂散电流防护中的各项要求,以及现阶段钢轨绝缘水平和测试方法,提出了一种新型的钢轨回流方案和钢轨绝缘检测方法。该方案和方法可便捷、准确地测量钢轨的绝缘水平,指导杂散电流防护工作的实施,可应用于城市轨道交通新建线路或既有线路供电系统改造项目中。
Abstracts:
Stray current is generated in DC traction power supply system when the running rail is also used as the return rail, because the rail is not completely insulated from the ground. By taking rail insulation as the research object, through the detailed analysis of various requirements of stray current protection at home and abroad, as well as the current rail insulation level and test methods, a new rail return scheme and rail insulation detection method is proposed, which can conveniently and accurately measure the rail insulation level and guide the implementation of stray current protection work. This scheme can be applied to the reconstruction projects of power supply system for urban rail transit newly built lines or existing lines.
