摘要:
以碳化硅为代表的新一代半导体器件在城市轨道交通车辆中的应用对车辆牵引电传动系统技术的发展意义重大。将混合碳化硅器件应用于城市轨道交通车辆牵引系统中,能极大地发挥碳化硅器件高温、高频和低损耗的特点,提高车辆牵引系统效率,实现牵引系统的节能降耗目标。与硅功率器件的电机损耗相对比,混合碳化硅功率器件的电机损耗可降低4%;通过更换功率器件、配套新型牵引控制单元,以及采用新的PWM(脉冲宽度调制)控制算法,降低了功率器件的开关损耗和导通损耗。在此基础上,优化了碳化硅功率器件的控制算法,以抑制电流谐波、降低电机损耗。软件仿真和装车测试结果验证了该混合碳化硅器件在车辆牵引系统中的节能效果。
Abstracts:
Application of new generation semiconductor devices represented by silicon carbide in urban rail transit vehicle is of great significance to the development of vehicle traction electric drive system technology. The application of hybrid silicon carbide devices in urban rail transit vehicle traction system can greatly exert the characteristics of high temperature, high frequency and low loss of silicon carbide devices, improving the efficiency of vehicle traction system,achieving the goal of energy saving and consumption reduction of traction system. Compared to the motor loss of silicon power devices, the motor loss of hybrid silicon carbide power devices can be reduced by 4%; by replacing power components,supporting new traction control units and adopting a new PWM (pulse width modulation) control algorithm, both switching loss and conduction loss of power devices are reduced. On this basis, the control algorithm of silicon carbide power devices is optimized to suppress current harmonic wave and to reduce motor loss. The results of software simulation and loading test have verified the energy-saving effect of the hybrid silicon carbide device adopted in vehicle traction system.
