摘要:
车顶高压箱是市域动车组运行的关键部件,明确高压箱的电场分布特性对市域动车组的安全运行具有重要意义。简要阐述了市域动车组高压箱的工作原理和结构构成,建立了三维有限元电场计算模型,仿真分析了高压箱体及内部器件的电位和电场分布。根据仿真计算结果,高压箱内电场分布主要集中在高压器件导电金属、绝缘材料和空气的结合点处,高压电缆终端一头部,真空断路器的上部、下部及头部,避雷器头部的电场强度相对较大。提出了对与绝缘材料接触的导电金属进行倒角处理和对端部导体金属增加绝缘护套保护的建议。
Abstracts:
The vehicle roof-top high-voltage box is a key component for city EMU. It is important to know the electric field distribution characteristics of the high-voltage box for the safe operation of city EMU. The working principle and structural composition of EMU high-voltage box are expounded, a three-dimensional finite element electric field calculation model is established, and the potential and electric field distribution of high-voltage box and internal devices are simulated and analyzed. According to the simulation calculation results, the high-voltage box internal electric field distribution mainly concentrates on high-voltage device conductive metal, joint spot of insulation material and air, high-voltage cable end, vacuum interrupter upper, bottom and head parts, while the electric field strength at lightning arrester head is relatively stronger. It is proposed to carry out chamfer treatment on the conductive metal contacting insulation material and to add insulation protection on conductive metal at ends.
