针对某型动车组牵引电机轴承温升故障,从轴承结构、注脂量和频次、轴电压影响及脉动扭矩校核等方面进行调查,分析导致轴承损伤引发故障的原因。分析结果显示,在微弱电流、轴承高温运转等因素持续作用下,加速了润滑脂的老化,导致轴承润滑不良,严重时轴承出现白蚀裂纹,最终导致轴承疲劳失效。针对故障原因,提出优化润滑、增大绝缘层厚度、增加保护接地等解决措施。
Abstracts:
In view of the temperature rise fault of traction motor bearing of certain type of EMU (electric multiple unit), investigation is carried out from the aspects including bearing structure, grease injection amount and frequency, influence of shaft voltage, pulsating torque check to find out the cause of bearing damage and the consequent faults. Analysis results show that under the continuous action of weak current, high temperature operation of bearing and other factors, the aging of lubricating grease is accelerated, resulting in poor lubrication of bearing. In serious cases, white corrosion fractures appear on the bearing, and finally lead to bearing fatigue failure. According to the fault causes, measures such as optimizing lubrication, increasing the thickness of insulation layer and increasing protective grounding are proposed.
