为研究深大基坑施工近临既有建筑结构的扰动效应,以某综合枢纽深大基坑工程为例,采用数值仿真和实测分析相结合的方法,研究了桩锚支护体系基坑开挖引起的周边环境扰动问题,分析了基坑桩锚结构、近临机场酒店结构及场区地层的受力特性和变形特征。研究结果表明:①地层最大剪应力区与塑性区分布一致,较大剪应力区较易引发土体的剪切破坏,在变形中存在不可逆的塑性变形。②机场酒店靠近基坑一侧的沉降程度大于其远离基坑一侧的沉降程度,且随着基坑开挖的进程,这种差距进一步加大;酒店结构倾斜率符合规范的安全要求。③在基坑开挖过程中,靠近机场酒店的基坑围护结构发生上浮并发生向坑内的变形。
Abstracts:
To study the disturbance influence on adjacent existing building structure caused by deep and large foundation pit construction, taking the deep and large foundation pit engineering of a comprehensive hub as example, the disturbance on surrounding environment caused by foundation pit excavation with pile-anchor support system is studied by combined means of numerical simulation and field measurement analysis. The force and deformation characteristics of the foundation pit pile-anchor structure, the nearby airport hotel structure and site stratum are analyzed. Research results show that: (1) the distribution of stratum maximum shear stress zone is consistent with the plastic zone, larger shear stress is prone to cause shear failure of soil with irreversible plastic deformation in this change; (2) settlement of the airport hotel on the side near the foundation pit is greater than on the far away side, and this gap widens as the foundation pit continues to excavate; and the inclination of the hotel structure meets the safety requirements in specification; (3) during foundation pit excavation, the foundation pit retaining structure near the airport hotel heaves and distorts inwardly.
