摘要:
为满足城市轨道交通车辆铝合金车顶空调机组安装平面度及尺寸要求,严格控制空调安装座和空调框之间的配合尺寸及空调安装座的平面度等显得尤为重要。设计了空调安装座结构,并对其生产流程进行了优化。同时设计并制定了空调安装座定位工装,编制了空调安装座和空调框在车顶上的组焊工艺流程。针对车顶的焊接变形,对该工艺流程及车顶结构进行了优化改进,并针对优化前后做了试验测试。结果表明,按照优化后的工艺流程,车顶空调安装座和空调框均能符合空调机组安装平面度及尺寸要求,保证了空调机组的顺利安装。
Abstracts:
To meet the installation flatness and dimension requirements of urban rail transit vehicle aluminum alloy roof air-conditioning units, it is especially important to strictly match the air-conditioner mounting seat and air-conditioner frame dimensions, and control the flatness of the air-conditioner mounting seat. The structure of the air-conditioner mounting seat is designed and the production process is optimized. The positioning tool for the air-conditioner mounting seat is designed and manufactured, and the assembly welding process of the air-conditioner mounting seat and the air-conditioner frame on the roof is compiled. In view of the welding deformation of the roof, the process flow and roof structure are optimized and improved, and tests are conducted before and after the optimization. Results show that the air-conditioner mounting seat and air-conditioner frame produced according to the optimized process flow and roof structure can meet the installation flatness and dimension requirements of the air-conditioning unit, ensuring its successful installation.
