为降低车体裂纹给城市轨道交通列车带来的运营风险,以完善列车运营风险管控方案,杜绝因车体裂纹导致的城市轨道交通运营事故发生,上海城市轨道交通自2015年发现首列列车车体裂纹以来,结合现场车体裂纹检修情况,对已发现的车体裂纹数量及形式进行了梳理。基于LS法(风险矩阵法)-FAHP(模糊层次分析)模型对存在车体裂纹的列车进行了安全风险评估,针对裂纹的形成原因及管控措施进行了分析。依据风险因素制定了完整的管控策略,确定了详细的修复、验收及复查机制,并从列车的例外放行、后续跟踪、新车采购及监造等方面,对例外放行车体裂纹长度、裂纹拓展检查、跟踪检修频次、无损探伤检查等提出了相应要求。通过在多条线路中的实际应用,结合相应的检查结果,验证了车体裂纹管控策略在有效满足城市轨道交通正线基本运能的同时,也保证了列车安全运营。结果表明:基于安全风险评估的车辆车体裂纹管控策略能够有效提高检修人员发现与处置车体裂纹故障的能力,进一步保障了城市轨道交通线路运营列车安全及正线服务水平。
Abstracts:
In order to reduce the operation risks brought by carbody cracks on urban rail transit train, to improve the train operation risk management and control scheme, the occurrence of urban rail transit operation accidents caused by carbody cracks must be eleminated. Since the discovery of carbody cracks on the first train of Shanghai urban rail transit in 2015, based on the on-site inspection and repair of the discovered carbody cracks, the number and form of the carbody cracks are sorted. Based on LS (risk matrix)-FAHP (fuzzy analytic hierarchy process) model, safety risk assessment is conducted on trains with carbody cracks and the crack formation causes and control measures are analyzed. A complete management and control strategy is developed based on risk factors, and detailed repair, acceptance and review mechanisms are determined. In terms of aspects such as exceptional release, follow-up tracking, new vehicle procurement, and supervision of train manufacturing, requirements are proposed correspondingly to carbody crack length of exceptional release, crack expansion inspection, tracking maintenance frequency, non-destructive crack detection. Through practical application on multiple lines and corresponding inspection results, it has been verified that the carbody crack management and control strategy not only effectively meets the basic transportation capacity of urban rail transit main lines, but also ensures the safe operation of the train. Results show that the above strategy based on safety risk assessment can effectively improve the ability of maintenance personnel to detect and handle vehicle crack faults, further ensuring the train operation safety on urban rail transit lines and the service level of main line.
