Key Points of Large Railway Hub Traffic Design in the Context of ′Station-City Integration′

摘要:
目的:“站城融合”背景下,铁路客运枢纽交通系统需要兼顾“枢纽交通高效集散”与“一体化物业高品质出行”的双重需求,因此需针对铁路客运枢纽交通设计开展研究。方法:提出了基于“站城融合”的铁路客运枢纽核心区交通设计的总体思路;以北京城市副中心站为案例,分析了配套交通设施规模、交通设施布局要点和区域交通组织优化要点。结果及结论:基于“站城融合”的铁路客运枢纽核心区交通设计技术要点为:基于单位旅客发送量指标,研判枢纽配套交通设施规模;在对枢纽核心区用户交通特征进行交叉分类基础上,通过设置“共享交通核”实现枢纽核心区交通组织“多进多出”;避免既有枢纽运营阶段的交通问题,提升核心区交通系统能力的冗余度与运营组织的灵活性。
Abstracts:
Objective: In the context of ′stationcity integration′, the RTH (railway passenger transport hub) traffic system needs to consider the dual needs of ′highefficiency hub traffic gathering and distribution′ and ′integrated property and highquality travel′, thus research on RTH is carried out.Method: The general idea for RTH core area traffic design is proposed based on ′stationcity integration′. Taking Beijing Subcenter Station as a study case, the key points of ancillary traffic facility scale, traffic facility layout and regional traffic organization optimization are analyzed.Result & Conclusion: The key technical points of RTH core area traffic design based on ′stationcity integration′ hub are: based on the indicator of passenger volume dispatched per unit, the scale of the hub ancillary facilities is reasonably determined; on the basis of crossclassifying the traffic characteristics of passengers in the hub core area, ′multientry/exit′ for hub core area traffic organization is proposed by setting a ′shared traffic core′; traffic issue in existing hub during operation should be avoided, while the redundancy of the core area transport system capacity and the operational organization flexibility are improved.
