摘要:
目的:地铁供电系统的继电保护装置存在组网严重依赖交换机、供电系统交直流侧的继电保护装置信息界限分明及地铁线路各站间的继电保护装置信息交互能力差等缺点。为了解决上述问题,提出一种基于IEC 624393:2010标准中HSR(高可用性无缝环)的地铁供电系统跨站网络化保护方案。方法:介绍了地铁供电系统继电保护装置的现状;介绍了HSR的结构及工作原理;介绍了基于HSR的地铁供电系统跨站网络化保护方案中的组网方案和关键技术及设备;通过在实验室搭建测试平台来模拟地铁同一线路相邻3个变电站间保护装置的数据流动,验证HSR组网方案的网络可靠性和网络传输实时性。结果及结论:HSR能够避免网络切换时间和数据丢包风险,通过HSR进行组网具有不亚于双星型网络的可靠性;在双边供电模式和大双边供电模式下,继电保护装置均动作正常,能够满足网络实时性和可靠性要求;所提保护方案减少了现场布线的复杂度,降低了工程前期成本和后期运维费用,经济效益可观。
Abstracts:
Objective: The relay protection device in metro power supply system suffers from drawbacks such as heavy reliance of group network on switches, distinct relay protection device information boundaries between AC and DC sides of the power supply system, and poor information exchange capability among relay protection devices at different stations along the line. To address these issues, a crossstation networking protection scheme for metro power supply system based on HSR (highavailability seamless redundancy) as specified in the IEC 624393:2010 standard is proposed.Method: The current status of relay protection device in metro power supply system is introduced, together with the structure and working principles of HSR. The networking scheme, key technologies, and equipment involved in the crossstation networking protection scheme based on HSR for metro power supply system are presented. A laboratory test platform is set up to simulate the data flow of protection devices between three adjacent substations along the same metro line, in order to verify the network reliability and realtime transmission of the HSR group network scheme.Result & Conclusion: HSR can avoid network switching time and data loss risks, and the group network reliability achieved by HSR is comparable to that of a dualstar network. Under both bilateral power supply mode and large bilateral power supply mode, the relay protection devices operate normally, meeting the requirements of network realtime transmission and reliability. The proposed protection scheme reduces the complexity of onsite wiring, lowers upfront engineering costs and subsequent maintenance expenses, showing significant economic benefits.
