目的:鉴于目前地铁盾构隧道结构健康状态评价方法中,传统评价方法主要通过模糊数学对隧道表观问题进行评价,缺少对隧道整体状态的评估;而神经网络方法缺少客观的评价数据对模型进行训练,且训练效果不理想。因此,提出模糊综合评价模型对地铁盾构隧道结构健康状态进行评价。方法:基于模糊数学提出的模糊综合评价模型,从材料劣化、渗漏水、结构变形及沉降变形等4个方面建立了3层地铁盾构隧道健康状态评价指标体系。参考相关规范制定了评价指标体系的分级评定标准。利用层次分析法确定了评价指标的权重,并通过三角形隶属度函数表征了模糊集合。通过划分的隧道结构健康状态等级及其健康值得出了盾构隧道结构的健康值。以2022年8月某地铁上行线路K30+800—K31+030区段盾构隧道检测数据为例,对该隧道结构健康状态评价模型进行了验证。结果及结论:基于模糊综合评价模型的地铁盾构隧道结构健康状态评价结果与规范法评价结果较为一致,该方法能够较好地反映地铁盾构隧道结构实际健康状态,可为盾构隧道的维保决策提供依据。
Abstracts:
Objective: Given the limitations of current methods for evaluating metro shield tunnel structure health status, where conventional approaches mainly employ fuzzy mathematics to assess superficial issues without addressing the overall tunnel conditions, and neural network methods lack objective training data and exhibit unsatisfying training outcomes, a fuzzy comprehensive assessment model for evaluating metro shield tunnel structure health status is proposed. Method: Building upon the fuzzy mathematics concept, a fuzzy comprehensive assessment model is proposed, which establishes a threelevel indicator system for evaluating metro shield tunnel health status, encompassing 4 aspects: material deterioration, water leakage, structural deformation, and settlement deformation. Grading criteria for the indicator system are formulated with reference to relevant regulations. The weight of each evaluation indicator is determined using AHP (analytic hierarchy process), and fuzzy sets are represented using triangular membership functions. Tunnel structure health levels and corresponding health values are deduced based on these divisions. Using detection data from a specific section of an upward metro line (K30+800 to K31+030) in August 2022 as example, the proposed model for evaluating tunnel structure health is validated. Result & Conclusion: The evaluation results of metro shield tunnel structure health based on the fuzzy comprehensive assessment model are largely consistent with those obtained through normative methods. This approach effectively reflects the actual health status of metro shield tunnel structure and can serve as a basis for shield tunnel maintenance decisions.
