摘要:
目的:为了延长城市轨道交通车辆轮对寿命,降低车辆运维成本,需要对车辆轮对的全寿命周期管理进行优化。方法:对造成车辆轮对异常磨耗的因素,如线路、车轮尺寸、车轮硬度、轮重、车辆制动及列车自动控制等进行了分析,简述了轮对的维修和璇修现状。提出了轮对寿命预测模型,从部件级走行公里追踪、机械式测量流程优化及系统建设方案等方面优化了轮对检修策略。基于加装蓝牙模块的测量器具,以及RFID(射频识别) 电子标签等现代化感知手段,建立了车辆轮对全生命周期运维管理系统,包括数据终端感知模块、数据统计分析模块及系统管理模块。结果及结论:优化后的轮对检修策略可以使运营单位每年大约节约30%的轮对更换数量,有效提高了轮对使用寿命,降低了人工作业成本,真正做到了降本增效。
Abstracts:
Objective: To extend the lifespan of urban rail transit vehicle wheelsets and reduce operating costs, optimization of the full lifecycle management of vehicle wheelsets is necessary. Method: Factors causing abnormal wear of vehicle wheelsets, such as track conditions, wheel dimensions, wheel hardness, wheel weight, vehicle braking systems and train automatic control are analyzed. The current status of wheelset maintenance and reprofiling is briefly described. A wheelset lifespan prediction model is proposed, optimizing wheelset maintenance strategies through componentlevel mileage tracking, mechanical measurement process refinement, and system implementation. Utilizing modern sensing methods including Bluetoothenabled measurement devices and RFID (radio frequency identification) electronic tags, a vehicle wheelset full lifecycle operationmaintenance system is established. This system encompasses data terminal perception modules, data statistical analysis modules, and system management modules. Result & Conclusion: The optimized wheelset maintenance strategy can save approximately 30% of wheelset replacements for operational units per year, which effectively enhances wheelset service lifespan, reduces manual labor costs, and genuinely achieves cost reduction and operational efficiency improvement.
