摘要:
目的:在热胀冷缩的作用机理下,桩板混凝土结构易因内力分布不均出现开裂,需明确有轨电车线路(特别是深厚软土地层有轨电车线路)温度场作用下桩板结构中承载板的受力规律。方法:以上海松江有轨电车示范线桩板结构路基工程为背景,通过在工程现场承载板中布置温度计、钢筋计及应变计,获取了深厚软土地基中有轨电车线路桩板结构中温度场的分布规律。根据钢筋计内力换算方法,明确了桩板结构在不同温度场下内力分布规律,并将现场实测数据与承载板截面内力理论分析计算的内力值进行对比分析。结果及结论:承载板轴力和与承载板板体相对温差呈正相关关系,承载板弯矩与承载板上、下表面温度也呈正相关关系。承载板内力呈周期性变化,受温度力影响,其变形一直处于弹性阶段。在给边界赋予一定的刚度弹簧后,采用结构动力学模型计算得到的桩板结构承载板各个截面内力值与基于钢筋计实测数据计算得到的内力值吻合性良好。
Abstracts:
Objective: Under the mechanism of thermal expansion and cold contraction, the pile plate concrete structure is prone to crack due to the uneven distribution of internal forces. It is necessary to clarify the stress law of the bearing plate in the pile\|plate structure under the temperature field effect of tram lines, especially those in deep soft soil layers. Method: Based on the pile plate structure roadbed engineering of Songjiang modern tram demonstration line, the temperature field distribution law of rail pile plate structure in deep soft soil foundation is obtained by placing thermometer, reinforcement meter and strain meter in the bearing plate of the engineering site. According to the conversion method of internal force calculation based on steel reinforcement, the distribution law of internal force of the pile plate structure under different temperature fields is clarified, and the measured data on site is compared and analyzed with the theoretical analysis calculation of internal force value on the load\|bearing plate section. Result &Conclusion: There is a positive correlation between the axial force of the bearing plate and the relative temperature difference with the bearing plate, and the bending moment of the bearing plate is also positively correlated with the temperature of the upper and lower surfaces of the bearing plate. The internal force of the bearing plate undergoes periodic changes, and its deformation is always in the elastic stage under the influence of temperature force. After assigning a certain stiffness spring to the boundary, the calculated internal force values of each section of the bearing plate of the pile plate structure are in good agreement with those based on the measured data of the steel bars.
