摘要:
目的:在城市轨道交通数字化转型的发展趋势下,我国大部分城市轨道交通运营单位均致力于城市轨道交通智慧运维体系建设,需对城市轨道交通智慧运维应用过程中出现的问题及面临的痛点进行深入研究。方法:介绍了上海城市轨道交通智慧运维的应用情况,提出将数字孪生应用于城市轨道交通智慧运维平台中。对海量多源异构数据的处理、“管用修”智慧管理业务流程的建立、信息资源的融合等问题提出了智慧运维的解决方案。在此基础上,搭建了智慧车站平台、智慧维保平台的功能架构,阐述了城市轨道交通线网\|车站两级云计算平台在实时数据和业务整合上的方案。结果及结论:智慧运维需要在建设之初即应做好统一规划。基于数字孪生的城市轨道交通智慧运维应用可以提高设备的智能化感知水平,降低人工运维强度,提高运维质量,降低运维成本。
Abstracts:
Objective: With the trend of digital transformation in urban rail transit, the most urban rail transit operation units in China are committed to the construction of a smart operation and maintenance system for urban rail transit. In\|depth research is needed on the problems and pain points that encountered in the application process of smart operation and maintenance to urban rail transit. Method: The application of smart operation and maintenance in Shanghai urban rail transit is presented, proposing the use of digital twins in the smart operation and maintenance platform for urban rail transit. Solutions for processing massive and heterogeneous data, establishing smart management business processes for effective maintenance and repair, and integrating information resources are proposed. Based on these solutions, the functional architecture of smart station platform and smart maintenance platform is developed, and a cloud computing platform for real\|time data and business integration between the urban rail transit network and stations is described. Result &Conclusion: Intelligent operation and maintenance require uniform planning from the beginning of construction. Based on digital twinning, intelligent operation and maintenance applications for urban rail transit can improve the level of intelligent perception of equipment, reduce the intensity of manual operation and maintenance, while improving the quality and reducing the cost of operation and maintenance.
