摘要:
目的:深埋大断面盾构在硬岩地层小净距并行盾构隧道的掘进过程中容易产生安全质量事故,盾构洞通接收阶段是掘进阶段的终止工序也是管控重点,需要在设备选型及施工过程控制中采取相应措施以防范事故发生。方法:采用了技术对比分析的方法对广州花岗岩地层小净距地铁隧道盾构接收施工实践进行研究,归纳总结了小净距硬岩地层深埋隧道盾构施工中的常见问题,并指出须从盾构刀盘选型、大埋深洞通涌水控制技术、小净距控制技术及盾构掘进控制技术(方向控制、姿态控制、纠偏控制、洞通参数控制)等方面采取技术措施。同时,结合广州地铁18号线陇枕出场线和横番5~7号盾构井右线隧道的工程特点及其掘进数据等开展工程实践。结果及结论:通过应用上述技术控制措施,在广州地铁18号线实践过程中较好地完成了盾构洞通接收。其实践经验可有效减少或解决硬岩地层深埋隧道盾构接收施工中的常见问题。
Abstracts:
Objective: In the excavation process of deepburied largeprofile shield tunnels in hard rock strata with small clearance parallel to existing shield tunnels, safety and quality accidents are prone to occur. The shield tunnel breakthrough and reception phase is the termination procedure of the excavation phase and a key managementcontrol point. It is required to adopt corresponding measures in equipment type selection and construction process control to prevent accidents. Method: The method of technical comparative analysis is employed to study the construction practice of Guangzhou granite stratum small clearance metro tunnel shield reception. Common problems in the construction of shield tunnels in small clearance and deepburied hard rock stratum are summarized. It is emphasized that technical measures need to be taken in aspects such as shield cutterhead type selection, water inrush control technology for deepburied tunnel breakthrough, small clearance control technology, and shield tunneling control technology (direction control, posture control, deviation control, breakthrough parameter control). Additionally, engineering practice is carried out based on the engineering characteristics and excavation data of Guangzhou Metro Line 18 Longzhen Depot access line and Hengfan No. 5 to No. 7 shield shaft right line tunnel. Result & Conclusion: By applying the aforementioned technical control measures, the tunnel breakthrough reception is completed during the practice of Guangzhou Metro Line 18. The gained practical experience can effectively reduce or address common problems in the construction of shield reception in deepburied tunnels in hard rock stratum.
