摘要:
[目的]由于地铁运营线路条件的不断变化,轮轨之间的异常振动情况时有发生,这将会导致转向架轴端的悬挂部件断裂,影响列车运行安全。因此,需要针对轴端悬挂部件的断裂机理进行研究。[方法]以某线路地铁列车转向架轴端接地线缆的接地端子为例,通过线路测试及数据分析,分析了接地端子的断裂原因,提出了错频设计的解决措施,并通过线路试验验证了所提解决措施的可行性。[结果及结论]所提解决措施可使接地端子处的应力由90 MPa降至约30 MPa,显著改善了接地端子的受力状态,提高了接地端子的疲劳寿命。
Abstracts:
[Objective] Due to continuous changes in the operating conditions of metro lines, abnormal vibrations between wheel and rail s occasionally occur, leading to fractures in the suspension components at the bogie axle-end and affecting the safety of train operation. Therefore, it is essential to conduct research on the fracture mechanisms of the axle-end suspension components. [Method] Taking the grounding terminals of bogie axle-end grounding cables of a metro train as an example, through line testing and data analysis, the reasons for grounding terminal fractures are analyzed, resolution measures involving mis-frequency design is proposed, and the feasibility is verified through on-site testing. [Result & Conclusion] The proposed resolution measures can reduce the stress at the grounding terminals from 90 MPa to approximately 30 MPa, significantly improving the stress state of the grounding terminals and enhancing their fatigue life.
