Comparative Analysis of Balanced Maintenance System and Scheduled Maintenance System for Urban Rail Transit Vehicle

摘要:
[目的]为了尽可能降低城市轨道交通车辆购置费和运维成本,我国部分城市目前已开展均衡修检修制度,因此有必要将车辆均衡修检修制度和原有计划性检修制度进行对比分析。[方法]以重庆轨道交通为例,分别介绍了两种检修制度下的检修修程和检修周期,并对两种检修制度下的车辆上线率和检修列位进行了对比分析。[结果及结论]相较传统计划性检修制度,均衡修检修制度下每列列车每年扣车时间减少了19 d,且所需检修列位数增加了18.5%。结果表明,城市轨道交通车辆均衡修检修制度更为合理。
Abstracts:
[Objective] In order to reduce the purchase cost and operation and maintenance cost of urban rail transit vehicles as much as possible, balanced maintenance system is adopted in some cities in China. Therefore, it is necessary to make comparative analysis on the balanced maintenance system and the traditional scheduled maintenance system. [Method] With the urban rail transit in Chongqing as an example, the maintenance process and maintenance cycle under two maintenance systems are introduced respectively, and the vehicle online rate and maintenance position amount under two maintenance systems are compared and analyzed. [Result & Conclusion] Compared with the traditional scheduled maintenance system, the annual detention time of each train under the balanced maintenance system is reduced by 19 days, and the number of required maintenance position is increased by 18.5%. The result shows that the balanced maintenance system for urban rail transit vehicles is more reasonable.
