摘要:
[目的]水灾工况下,地铁线路区间疏散是地铁工程设计时容易被忽视的内容。此外,目前水灾工况下区间疏散尚无行业标准。需关注水灾工况下地铁区间疏散的存在问题,并提出设计优化措施。[方法]列举了我国部分规范中地铁区间疏散的条文,并对此进行了分析。选出5类典型水灾工况下的区间疏散场景,提出了相应的疏散策略。对水灾工况下地铁区间疏散存在问题进行了分析,针对部分特定工况下的疏散方向难以确定、疏散平台被阻断、车站衔接不畅等问题提出了设计优化建议。[结果及结论]所提设计优化建议既能满足规范和规定的消防疏散要求,还能解决水灾工况下的存在问题,提高水灾工况下区间疏散的可行性与安全性,保障乘客安全。
Abstracts:
[Objective] Evacuation in metro interval under flood conditions is often overlooked in metro engineering design. Besides, currently there are no industry standards for such scenarios. Attention should be paid to this issue, and design optimization measures should be proposed. [Method] Relevant provisions in some Chinese standards regarding metro interval evacuation are listed and analyzed. 5 typical interval evacuations scenarios under flood conditions are selected and corresponding evacuation strategies are proposed. An analysis on existing problems in metro interval evacuation under flood conditions is conducted. Design optimization suggestions are put forward to address problems under certain specific working conditions such as the difficulty in determining the evacuation direction, the blocking of evacuation platform by floods, and the poor connection between stations. [Result & Conclusion] The proposed design optimization suggestions can not only meet the fire evacuation requirements specified in the regulations and standards, but also solve the existing problems under flood conditions, improving the feasibility and safety of interval evacuation under flood conditions to ensure the safety of passengers.
