摘要:
[目的]随着智能化技术发展和城市轨道交通接触网系统智能运维平台建设,接触网运维方式正逐步过渡到以预防为主的状态修,因此需对维修策略进行相应优化。[方法]接触网零部件的状态数据是实现智能运维的基础,介绍了接触网零部件状态数据分类,以及状态数据的采集方式和处理方式;介绍了接触网系统智能运维平台建设情况下的维修策略优化内容。[结果及结论]接触网系统智能运维平台虽然能根据接触网状态评估结果及故障推演给出维修决策建议,但在制定具体的维修计划时还需要结合维修人员的经验来优化相应的维护计划。因此,要重视突发异常情况和不可见情况下的接触网零部件状态检查,要加强接触网维修作业的智能化管控。
Abstracts:
[Objective] With the development of the intelligence technology and the building of intelligent operation and maintenance platform for urban rail transit overhead catenary/collector system (OCS), the operation and maintenance method of OCS is gradually transiting to prevention-oriented status repair. Therefore, the maintenance strategy needs to be optimized correspondingly. [Method] The status data of OCS parts and components are the basis to realize intelligent operation and maintenance. The classification, collection and treatment methods of the above data are introduced. The optimized content of the maintenance strategy under the condition of intelligent operation and maintenance platform building is described. [Result & Conclusion] Though the intelligent operation and maintenance platform of OCS system can give suggestion on maintenance decision according to the OCS status evaluation results and failure induction, concrete maintenance plans need be optimized in combination with the experience of the maintenance personnel. Therefore, it is necessary to attach great importance to the status inspection of OCS parts and components under sudden, abnormal and unforeseeable events, and strengthen intelligent control of OCS maintenance operation as well.
