[目的]目前双向变流装置在我国城市轨道交通(以下简称“城轨”)牵引供电系统中处于推广阶段,存在多种配置方案且有实际应用,需综合评估各方案优劣,统一技术标准,同时进行全生命周期效益分析,为工程应用提供决策依据。[方法]基于双向变流装置在设备功能、直流牵引供电能力、综合节能、电能质量等方面的优势,从用房面积、设备投资、电能质量、经济效益及可靠性等方面,对我国现有的5种双向变流装置配置方案进行技术经济比选,给出推荐配置方案。以某城轨正线为例,分析了双向变流装置在节能、无功补偿、杂散电流防护等方面的全生命周期综合效益。[结果及结论]经综合比选,双向变流装置推荐采用1套二极管整流机组+1套双向变流机组方案,其全生命周期成本最低。预计该城轨正线20年全生命周期总成本减少256.8万元/km。
Abstracts:
[Objective] At present, the bidirectional converter device in the traction power supply system of urban rail transit (hereinafter referred to as "urban rail") in China is in the promotion stage, and there exist multiple configuration schemes with practical applications. It is necessary to comprehensively evaluate the pros and cons of each scheme, unify the technical standards, and simultaneously conduct a benefit analysis of the device whole life cycle,so as to provide a basis for decision-making in engineering applications. [Method] Based on the advantages of the bidirectional converter device in terms of equipment function, DC traction power supply capability, comprehensive energy saving, and power quality, etc., and considering factors such as floor area, equipment investment, power quality, economic benefits, and reliability, a technical and economic comparison and selection of the existing five configuration schemes for the bidirectional converter device in China are carried out, and a recommended configuration scheme is proposed. In the case study of a certain urban rail main line, the comprehensive benefits of the bidirectional converter device in the whole life cycle in terms of energy saving, reactive power compensation, and stray current protection are analyzed. [Result & Conclusion] Through comprehensive comparison and selection, the scheme of one set of diode rectifier unit plus one set of bidirectional converter unit is recommended for the bidirectional converter device, which has the lowest cost in its whole life cycle. Adopting this scheme, it is estimated that the 20-year total life cycle cost of the above-mentioned urban rail main line will be reduced by 2.568 million yuan/km.
