摘要:
[目的]随着轨道交通行业的快速发展,智能制造已成为推动行业转型和升级的重要驱动力。为了给行业内设备制造商提供标准化的指导和支持,有必要对轨道交通行业智能制造标准体系进行研究。[方法]概述了当前轨道交通行业智能制造的现状及发展趋势。基于技术层面、管理层面及应用层面,提出了全面、科学的轨道交通行业智能制造标准体系框架,阐述了该框架下标准体系的主要内容。最后对轨道交通行业智能制造标准体系的实施及推广提出了建议。[结果及结论]该标准体系通过制定完善的标准、加强供应链协同、深化智能制造技术应用等措施,可以推动轨道交通行业智能制造的深入发展。未来随着智能制造技术的不断成熟和推广应用,轨道交通行业将迎来更为广阔的发展前景。
Abstracts:
[Objective] With the rapid development of rail transit industry, intelligent manufacturing has become an important driving force for the transformation and upgrading of the industry. To provide standardized guidance and support for equipment manufacturers within the industry, it is necessary to conduct research on intelligent manufacturing standard systems for the rail transit industry. [Method] An overview of the current state and development trends of intelligent manufacturing in rail transit industry is conducted. A comprehensive and scientific framework for the intelligent manufacturing standard system of rail transit industry is proposed, covering technical, managerial, and application levels. The primary content of the standard system under this framework is described. Recommendations for the implementation and promotion of the intelligent manufacturing standard system of rail transit industry are provided. [Result & Conclusion] The proposed standard system, through the establishment of comprehensive standards, enhanced supply chain collaboration, and deepened application of intelligent manufacturing technologies, can promote further development of intelligent manufacturing in rail transit industry. In the future, with the continuous maturity and promotion of the intelligent manufacturing technology application, the rail transit industry is expected to experience broader development prospects.
