摘要:
[目的]为使氢燃料电池在轨道交通列车上得到更加安全、高效的应用,需要对氢燃料电池在列车应用上的技术瓶颈与挑战进行梳理分析。[方法]介绍了氢燃料电池在轨道交通领域中的应用状况。系统梳理了氢燃料电池在轨道交通列车应用上一些共性的关键技术,主要包括氢燃料电池系统集成与控制技术、轨道交通列车混合动力技术、轨道交通列车混合动力能量管理技术、氢气供应体系等,对比分析了不同技术方法的优缺点。结合氢燃料电池在轨道交通列车中的应用与发展现状,针对性地分析了氢能轨道交通列车目前面临的技术挑战。[结果及结论]氢燃料电池在轨道交通许多车型上已经有所应用。当前关键技术研究不断突破,但氢能轨道交通列车领域目前还存在高功率、牵引系统正向设计等尚待进一步攻克的难题。随着相关技术产业的更迭、相关政策和标准的建立及技术攻关的持续推进,氢燃料电池系统在轨道交通行业的应用发展前景将更为广阔。
Abstracts:
[Objective] To ensure a safer and more efficient application of hydrogen fuel cells in rail transit trains, it is crucial to analyze and address the technical challenges and bottlenecks involved in their deployment. [Method] The current state of hydrogen fuel cell applications in rail transit sector is reviewed, the common key technologies involved are systematically outlined, such as hydrogen fuel cell system integration and control, rail transit train hybrid power technology, rail transit train hybrid energy management technology, and hydrogen supply systems. A comparative analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of different technological approaches is provided. Based on the current application and development status of hydrogen fuel cells in rail transit trains, the existing technical challenges faced by hydrogen-powered rail transit vehicles are specifically examined. [Result & Conclusion] Hydrogen fuel cells are applied in multiple types of rail transit vehicles. Despite ongoing breakthroughs in critical technologies, the rail transit field still faces significant challenges, such as high-power output and traction system forward design, requiring further advancements. With continuous progress in related technology upgrades, the establishment of relevant policies and standards, and on-going technical innovations, the development prospects for hydrogen fuel cell systems in rail transit industry are increasingly promising.
