摘要:
[目的]城市轨道交通(以下简称“城轨”)的集疏能力往往与接驳交通工具的特点和能力密切相关,只有当城轨与其配套的接驳交通能够协调运作时,城轨的优势才能充分体现出来,因此有必要研究城轨接驳交通设施布局问题及其改善方法。[方法]归纳了城轨车站的主要接驳交通方式及其设施;基于国内外典型城市案例,综合选择肢差异、天气等因素,构建接驳交通客流需求估算优化模型,以及接驳交通方式设施规模计算优化模型,提出了配置接驳交通设施的优先级别和配置原则。[结果及结论]乘客自有交通工具的接驳交通方式对停车设施的需求高峰时段一般在午后,在进行该类接驳交通方式的停车场规模计算时,应采用停车高峰值作为计算依据;针对私人自行车与停车换乘两种接驳方式,非换乘停车率这一指标,能够反映服务城轨车站换乘的自行车停车场、私家车停车场在使用过程中被非城轨乘客占用的情况,降低该指标对减少城轨乘客因停车场不足而降低城轨出行的选择意愿具有积极的作用。
Abstracts:
[Objective]The collection and distribution capacity of urban rail transit is often closely related to the characteristics and capabilities of feeder transportation means. The advantages of urban rail transit will be fully realized only when urban rail transit and its supporting feeder transportation operate in coordination. Therefore, it is necessary to study the layout issue of urban rail transit feeder transportation facilities and their improvement methods.[Method]The main feeder transportation modes and their facilities at urban rail transit stations are summarized. Based on typical urban cases at home and abroad, factors such as differences in alternative options and weather are comprehensively considered, to construct an optimized model for estimating the passenger flow demand of feeder transportation and the optimized one for calculating the scale of feeder transportation mode facilities. The priority and configuration principles for the allocation of feeder transportation facilities are proposed.[Result & Conclusion]The peak demand period for parking facilities of the feeder transportation mode using passengers′ own vehicles is generally in the afternoon. When calculating the scale of parking lots in this scenario, the peak parking value should be used as the calculation basis. For the two feeder modes of private bicycles and park-and-ride, the indicator of non-transfer parking rate can reflect the situation where bicycle parking and private car parking lots serving the transfer at urban rail transit stations are occupied by non-urban rail transit passengers during use. Lowering this indicator plays a positive role in reducing the unwillingness of urban rail transit passengers to choose urban rail travel due to insufficient parking lots.
