摘要:
[目的]轨道交通工程具有参与人员众多和影响因素复杂等特点,安全管理一直是难点。数字化技术应用为提升轨道交通工程施工现场安全水平提供了新思路。因此通过数字化技术采集施工人员日常行为数据,并基于此研究轨道交通工程的现场安全管理。[方法]介绍了轨道交通工程数据采集系统的数据采集、处理、分析方法。通过所采集的轨道交通工程施工人员的考勤和现场行为等实时数据,应用线性回归方法分析施工人员日常行为数据与施工安全管理的关系,进一步通过系统聚类方法和多维尺度方法分析轨道交通工程安全状态。通过实际应用案例验证了该方法的有效性,并结合该工程情况给出了可行的安全管理建议。[结果及结论]现场施工人员的日常行为与轨道交通工程项目安全生产状态直接相关;安全检查、安全教育培训等是影响轨道交通工程安全状态的主要因素;通过对施工人员现场行为进行管理可提升轨道交通工程安全生产状态。
Abstracts:
[Objective]As rail transit projects feature a large number of participants and complex influencing factors, safety management is always a challenge. The application of digital technology provides a new idea for improving the safety level of the construction site of rail transit projects. Therefore, digital technology is used to collect the daily behavioral data of construction workers, and based on this, the on-site safety management of rail transit projects is studied.[Method]The data collection system for rail transit projects is introduced in terms of data collection, processing, and analysis methods. With the collected real-time data, such as the attendance and on-site behaviors of construction workers in rail transit projects, the linear regression method is applied to analyze the relationship between the daily behavioral data of construction workers and the construction safety management. Furthermore, the system clustering method and the multi-dimensional scaling method are used to analyze the safety status of rail transit projects. The effectiveness of this method is verified through the practical application case, and feasible safety management suggestions are given according to the situation of the case project.[Result & Conclusion]The daily behaviors of on-site construction workers are directly related to the safe production status of rail transit projects. Safety inspections, safety education and training, etc. are the main factors affecting the safety status of rail transit projects, and managing the on-site behaviors of construction workers can improve the safe production status of rail transit projects.
