摘要:
转向架构架的焊接过程中会产生飞溅并黏连在焊接部件表面,而焊接部件表面涂抹防飞溅剂则可减少飞溅黏连现象。由于防飞溅剂的成分多样且无统一的质量评价标准,企业在应用防飞溅剂前需要对其性能及对焊接质量的影响进行评估。为此,提出了防飞溅剂性能及对焊接质量影响的评价试验方法,并对某品牌的防飞溅剂进行了该方法的试验验证。
Abstracts:
The spatters will be adhered on the component surface during bogie welding process, while the anti-spatter agent sprayed on the component surface will reduce the spatters. Since there are no unified quality evaluation standards for various compositions of the anti-spatter agent, enterprises need to evaluate the performance of the anti-spatter agent and the effect on the welding quality before its application. In this paper, a test and evaluation method is introduced, which has been used to validate the antispatter agent of a certain brand.
