摘要:
针对某型动车组客室座椅椅腿开裂问题,通过普查发现,座椅椅腿开裂数量虽然较多,但开裂形式基本一致。根据普查结果,对开裂椅腿的断口、座椅强度、所处环境等进行了多项性能分析与模拟试验。结果发现,清洗剂具有腐蚀作用,椅腿表面涂层耐腐蚀性能较差,座椅椅腿开裂属于高强度铝合金的应力腐蚀开裂。根据试验结果,提出了改善使用环境、增强表面防护处理等优化措施。
Abstracts:
Base on a general survey on the seat leg cracking in a certain EMU passenger compartment, it is found that the cracking form of seat legs is basically the same despite the great number of the cracked seats. Then, according to the census, the cracking leg fracture, seat strength and compartment environment are analyzed and simulated. The results show that the cleaning agent has a corrosion inhibition effect, and it just happened that the corrosion resistance of seat leg surface coating is quite weak, so the leg cracking is defined as the stress corrosion crack of the aluminum alloy seat leg. According to this conclusion, an optimization scheme to improve the surface protection treatment is proposed.
