摘要:
在中俄双方签订莫斯科喀山高铁合作协议的背景下，对中国高铁出口俄罗斯项目的知识产权保护问题，通过数据检索和研究俄罗斯知识产权法律环境，从专利布局、职务发明、商业秘密等3个方面提出了相关的知识产权保护建议。
Abstracts:
Under the background of the Moscow-Kazan high-speed railway cooperation agreement between China and Russia, the issues on intellectual property protection in China high-speed railway export to Russia project are discussed. Based on data retrieval and researches on the legal environment of Russian intellectual property rights, suggestions on intellectual property protection are proposed from three aspects, including patent layout, employee invention and trade secret.
