摘要:
针对100%低地板现代有轨电车的转向架结构特点,分析了轮对轴箱装置、联轴节、悬挂装置及制动系统等关键部件的装配工艺技术及质量控制要求,给出了相应的工序流程和工装要求,解决了装配工艺技术难点,保障了100%低地板车辆转向架的装配质量。
Abstracts:
In view of the structural characteristics of the 100% low-floor bogie in modern trams, the assembly technique and quality control requirements for the critical components of modern tram, including the wheel/set axle box device, coupling, suspension device and breaking system are analyzed, corresponding process flow and tooling requirements are given, in order to solve the difficulties in assembly technique and ensure the assembly quality of 100% low-floor bogie.
