依托西安地铁4号线某浅埋暗挖地铁区间隧道下穿既有建筑物工程,采用数值模拟与现场监测相结合的方法进行研究。 研究结果表明:在下穿既有建筑物时,CRD(交叉中隔)工法产生的地表及建筑物沉降最小,上下台阶预留核心土法诱发的变形最大,CD(中隔墙)工法位于两者之间,区间隧道下穿既有建筑物宜采用CRD工法进行施工; 隧道正穿既有建筑物施工对建筑物竖向沉降影响较大,对差异沉降影响较小,而旁穿时引起的差异沉降较大;采取保护措施后,利用 CRD 工法进行施工引起的地表以及建筑物沉降均在可控范围内,保证了建筑物的安全。
Abstracts:
Based on a tunnel project on Xi′an metro Line 4 that crosses under the existing buildings,numerical simulation and the site monitoring are combined for this study. The research shows that when metro tunnel crosses under existing buildings,the surface and building settlement caused by the cross diaphragm(CRD) method is the smallest,the deformation caused by the reserved core soil method with upper-lower steps is the largest,while the center diaphragm( CD)method is in the middle of the two methods. Therefore,the interval tunnel crossing under existing buildings should adopt CRD method. The shielding tunnel crossing under existing buildings has the greater impact on the vertical settlement of buildings and the less impact on the differential settlement,while the side crossing project will cause larger differential settlement. After taking protective measures,the surface and building settlement caused by CRD method construction is within the controllable range,thus the safety of buildings is ensured.
