摘要:
分析了预留盖板对地铁车辆基地及盖上物业开发的影响，以及盖板的不同使用阶段、不同功能定位对盖板的设计要求。利用分析法得出预留盖板在不同开发时期关键节点的特点。 总结了设计过程中适于预留盖板，同时能够兼顾不同使用阶段的防排水优选方案。
Abstracts:
The impact of reserved cover plate on metro vehicle base and the development of upper property，the application of cover plate at different stages and the design requirements for cover plate functions are analyzed. By using the analysis method，characteristics of the reserved cover plate at key development nodes in different periods are obtained. On this basis，an optimum scheme is concluded，which is suitable for the reserved cover plate，and takes the waterproofing and drainage at different stages into consideration in the design process at the same time.
