摘要:
“站城一体化”在日本城市轨道交通规划设计中应用广泛,不仅提高了土地利用效率,而且提升了城市的综合竞争力。以鹿儿岛中央车站为案例,从该站的运营管理、建筑布局、规划与流线组织、地下街开发和站前广场布局等方面详细介绍了“站城一体化”开发模式,分析其中的可借鉴及待优化的内容。
Abstracts:
Station-city integration is widely applied in urban rail transit planning in Japan. It could not only improve the land use efficiency,but also enhance the comprehensive city competitiveness. Taking Kagoshima Central Station in Japan as a case,the development mode of station-city integration is introduced in detail,including the operational management,buildings layout,planning and streamline organization,underground street construction and station square layout,lessons for reference and contents to be optimized in the development mode are analyzed.
