摘要:
高速磁浮交通技术标准体系的研究和编制有利于指导我国高速磁浮交通工程项目建设、生产及运营中涉及的技术标准编制和实施工作,对高速磁浮交通在我国的发展具有重要推动作用。根据标准应用阶段的不同,将该标准体系分为工程建设、运营维护和产品3个分体系;根据使用范围的不同,将各分体系中标准分为基础标准、通用标准和专用标准3个层次。结合高速磁浮交通技术特点及标准体系编制规范,确定了标准体系表和标准编码的格式;建立了各分体系的结构框架,为标准体系表和各项标准的制定提供依据。
Abstracts:
The research and preparation of high-speed maglev transit technology standard system is favorable for the compilation and implementation of technical standards in the construction, production and operation of high-speed maglev transit engineering projects, therefore play an important role in promoting the development of high-speed maglev transit in China. In this paper, the standard system is divided into engineering construction, operation & maintenance and product three sub-systems according to different application stages. Then, based on the scope of different uses, the standards in each sub-system are further divided into three levels: basic standard, general standard and special standard. Combined with the technical characteristics of high-speed maglev transit and the standard system compilation specification, the standard system table and standard code format are determined; the standard framework of each sub-system is established so as to provide a basis for the preparation of the standard system tables and the individual standard.
