摘要:
基于四班二运转乘务排班方案，提出了将车队错班复合的混合班制方案，详细说明了混合班制方案的排班思路，介绍了公共序号、常态序号及人员配比等重要参数的计算确定。基于上海轨道交通12号线的现场实际数据进行分析，阐述了混合班制方案在组织管理和经济效益方面的优越性，分析了混合班制方案广泛的适用性。
Abstracts:
Based on the four-shift and two-operation crew scheduling mode, a mixed-shift system with mixed-operation for crew scheduling is proposed, and important parameters like the public serial number, normal serial number and personnel ration are calculated. Based on an analysis of the on-site field data obtained from Shanghai rail transit Line 12, advantages of the mixed class scheme in organization, management and economic benefits are expounded, the wide applicability of which is further analyzed.
