摘要:
为探究动车组设备吊装用螺栓是否存在重复使用的可能性,在实验室内进行了螺栓的机械性能、反复加载、镀层耐腐蚀性、疲劳寿命等多项试验,获得了反复加载时力矩与夹紧力的变化规律。试验结果表明,在控制加载力矩或对镀层再处理的条件下,螺栓具备重复使用的可行性。
Abstracts:
In order to explore the possibility of reusing bolts from EMU equipment hoisting, a number of tests are carried out in the laboratory, including mechanical properties, repeated loading, corrosion resistance of the coating, fatigue life. The pattern of clamping force and torque change under repeated loading is obtained. Test results show that the bolt is feasible for reuse under the condition of controlling loading torque or coating retreatment.
