摘要:
通过车辆动力学仿真来计算车辆动态限界的方法在我国已被广泛应用。动力学模型是影响车体动态限界计算精度的关键因素,可以通过车体倾摆试验来验证动力学模型。以某地铁列车的拖车和动车为研究对象,建立了车辆非线性动力学仿真模型,开展了车体侧摆试验。通过仿真和试验的相对误差分析,验证了仿真模型的准确性;设计了关键悬挂参数的正交试验,分析了关键悬挂参数对车体侧摆角度灵敏度的影响,以及关键悬挂件非线性对误差的影响。
Abstracts:
The calculation method of kinematic envelope by dynamic model simulation has been widely applied in China. Dynamic model is the key factor influencing vehicle body kinematic envelope calculation precision, which can be verified through vehicle body sway test. Taking the trailer and motor vehicles of certain metro train as the research object, by establishing vehicle non\|linear dynamic simulation model, vehicle body sway test is carried out. Through analysis of relative error between simulation and test, the accuracy of simulation model is verified. Orthogonal tests of key suspension parameters are designed, and the influence of these parameters on vehicle body side\|swing angle sensitivity is analyzed, as well as the impact of key suspension component non\|linearity on error.
