摘要:
我国地铁事故数据利用率不足,难以对事故发生前的预防、事故发生时的现场决策、事故发生后的分析和定责提供理论支撑与帮助。基于HFACS-MA(地铁事故的人为因素分析与分类系统),将事故致因分析模型划分为事故致因层与事故反馈层,并对30起地铁事故案例进行因素分析。采用Apriori算法对事故人为致因进行关联度分析,并绘制事故致因链图。结果表明,事故致因链中组织影响层涉及因素最多;监督不力是主要连接因素,需重点关注;事故处理不及时是导致事故扩大蔓延的最直接原因。
Abstracts:
The utilization rate of metro accident data in China is insufficient, which makes it difficult to provide theoretical support and help for the prevention before accidents, site decision making at the time of accidents, analysis and responsibility determination after accidents. Based on HFACS-MA, the accident cause analysis model is divided into accident cause layer and accident feedback layer, and factor analysis on 30 metro accident cases are carried out. Apriori algorithm is adopted to analyze the correlation degree of human causes to accidents, and accident cause chain diagram is drawn. Results show that the organization influence layer in the accident cause chain involves the most factors; weak supervision is the main connecting factor that needs to be paid attention to; and untimely handling of accidents is the most direct cause leading to the expansion and spread of accidents.
