摘要:
传统的城市轨道交通项目管理模式中存在信息传递不畅、流程割裂，建设成本、进度、质量管理缺乏总控集成,以及交付信息不匹配等问题。以运营为导向的集成化管理模式为上述问题提供了可行的解决路径。提出以运营为导向的轨道交通建设项目集成化管理模式，从目标集成、组织集成、信息集成、参与方集成等4方面进行内涵解释，并以太原轨道交通2号线一期工程作为案例对此管理模式的实际应用进行说明。
Abstracts:
Many problems exist in traditional rail transit project management modes, such as poor information transmission, process fragmentation, overall control and integration missing in construction cost, schedule and quality management, as well as mismatching of information delivery. In this paper, an operationoriented integrated management mode is proposed to provide a feasible solution path for these problems in rail transit construction projects, which explains the connotation of the mode from four aspects: goal integration, organization integration, information integration and participant integration. The Phase 1 project of Taiyuan rail transit Line 2 is taken as a practical application case to illustrate this management mode.
