摘要:
针对有轨电车线路槽型轨内异物清洁效率低下的问题,提出了槽型轨异物快速检测算法及基于此算法研发的槽型轨自动清洁系统。通过该算法,自动清洁系统可快速检测且定位出槽型轨内异物的位置,并控制轨道清洁车利用高压水流和负压吸口进行自动清洁。试验结果表明:该快速检测算法对槽型轨内异物检测成功率超过92%;平均每帧图像的处理时间为316 ms;轨道清洁车能够在以20 km/h速度行驶过程中实现对槽型轨内异物的自动清理。该自动清洁系统既节约了水资源,又提高了槽型轨的清洁效率,有助于有轨电车在城市公共交通中的进一步推广。
Abstracts:
Targeting the problem of low cleaning efficiency of foreign objects in the grooved track of tram line, a grooved track foreign object rapid detection algorithm and an automatic cleaning system for grooved track based on this algorithm are proposed. By the algorithm, the automatic cleaning system can detect rapidly and allocate the foreign object in grooved track. The track cleaning vehicle is operated to carry out automatic cleaning using high-pressure water jet and negativepressure suction ports. The experiment results show that the target detection success rate of the algorithm is over 92%. The average time per frame for processing is 31.6 ms, and the track cleaning vehicle can clean the foreign objects in the grooved rail at the speed of 20 km/h. This automatic cleaning system saves water resources and improves cleaning efficiency of grooved track, promoting tram popularization in urban public transit.
