Investigation on Assembly Quality of Internal Prefabricated Box Culvert in Large-diameter Shield Tunnel

对某在建超大公路和城市轨道交通合建盾构隧道共2 275环装配式大尺寸箱涵拼装质量开展调查研究,重点关注拼缝宽度、拼缝错台、螺栓质量和轴力变化等质量指标。研究结果如下:① 拼缝质量存在较大的差异性,拼缝宽度在5~40 mm内数量呈正态分布,拼装错台主要在2~10 mm内,部分拼缝错台超过16 mm,连接螺栓基本完好,但连接螺栓轴力在外界因素影响下损失严重,100 d后平均损失率达到51.58%;② 调查分析了拼缝质量差异性的原因,主要受箱涵预制精度、施工安装精度、后期变形、施工荷载等因素影响;③ 提出了研发自适应性强的预制箱涵、提高预制精度、提高施工质量和加强隧道结构变形控制等提高拼装质量的方法。
Abstracts:
The assembly quality of prefabricated large-size box culverts in a super-large shield tunnel with 2 275 rings under joint construction of highway and urban rail transit is investigated, focusing on the quality indicators of seam width, seam staggering ends, bolt quality and axial force variation. Research results are as follows:(1) There is an evidently large difference in the quality of seam, and the number of the seam width in the range of 5-40 mm complies with normal distribution, and the width of most staggering ends is within 2-10 mm while some exceeds 16 mm. The connecting bolts are basically intact, but the connecting bolt axial force loss is severely influenced by external factors, and the average loss rate after 100 days is 51-58%. (2) The reasons for the difference of seam quality are investigated and analyzed, the main influencing factors include box culvert prefabrication accuracy, construction and installation accuracy, later-stage deformation and construction load. (3) Methods to improve the assembly quality such as developing prefabricated box culvert with strong adaptability, improving prefabrication accuracy, improving construction quality and strengthening deformation control of the tunnel structure are put forward.
